Welcome to L.C.A Studios. By booking or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe and professional environment for all clients.

1. Food & Beverage Policy

Food consumption is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Only drinking water is allowed; all other beverages must be kept outside the studio area.

2. Booking & Payments

• Bookings are charged on an hourly basis according to the agreed rate.
• Any time extension beyond the reserved slot will be billed at the full hourly rate.
• PAN Card and Aadhaar Card are required at the time of booking for verification.
• Full advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
• Any extra charges incurred during the shoot (including overtime or additional equipment usage) must be settled immediately after the session.

3. Equipment & Damage

• Clients are fully responsible for any damage to studio property or equipment during the booking period.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client in case of damage.
• Studio equipment, including memory cards, may not be removed from the premises. Clients may use their own memory cards inside the studio if required.

4. Booking Policy

• Pre-booking is mandatory; walk-in or on-the-spot bookings are not accepted.
• The studio will be handed over only at the booked time. If additional setup time is needed, it must be included in the booking hours.

5. Services Provided

The booking fee covers only the studio space and the equipment specified in the booking confirmation. Any additional services or special requirements must be communicated and approved in advance and may incur extra charges.

6. Equipment Usage

L.C.A Studios does not provide laptops, tablets, or personal devices for teleprompters or other accessories. If using L.C.A memory cards, clients must bring their own system to transfer data within the studio premises.

7. Compliance & Liability

• All clients and their team members must comply with studio rules and staff instructions.
• L.C.A Studios reserves the right to terminate any session without refund in case of non-compliance.
• The studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by equipment failure, power outage, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
